Do you provide packing services or packing supplies?
We do not provide a packing service under our express moving rates. All small items would have to be packed in boxes prior to our arrival. We will take care of packing your furniture as needed. If there are any miscellaneous items that can't be packed, we will take care of them.

Are there any other fees aside from your hourly rate?
The only additional fee to our service is a double driving fee. All California movers are required to abide by the laws of the California Public Utilties Commision (CPUC). Within these laws are stipulations around what costs can be passed down to customers. For all hourly moves in the State of California, moving companies are required to charge double drive time. Using double drive time provides visibility to the customer of the actual driving costs being paid and it compensates the moving company for their actual driving time, plus the time to return to the origin (where the job started).
Is there a minimum fee?
There is a three hour minimum of $297 for 2 men crews. There is a four hour minimum of $520 for 3 men crews.
How long will my move take?
A one bedroom apartment takes an average of 4 hours. The average time for a two bedroom, is of 6 hours. Factors such as the amount of stuff to be moved, family size, walking distances, elevators, and stairs can affect the total time a move will take.
Does your hourly rate include disassembly/ reassembly services?
Yes, our hourly rate includes all the tools for any disassembly/ reassembly needed.
Do you provide boxes?
Our system requires that you have everything packed and ready by your moving date. We do not provide boxes for packing.
Do you protect my furniture when you move it?
Yes, we will protect your furniture with our heavy duty storage blankets in your home prior to transportation. We also carry shrink wrap if your items need an extra layer of protection.
Do you protect my hardwood floors and carpet?
We can only use our furniture blankets for floor protection. If you need full floor protection we suggest that you purchase plastic film and cover your floor completely prior to our arrival.
Do you move in the rain? If so, how do you protect my items?
Yes, we move in all "non severe" weather conditions. All items will be covered by storage pads or shrink wrap as they exit your home, and wiped dry as they enter the truck or your new home.
Can I leave my clothes in their drawers?
It is recommended to remove clothes from drawers, as its weight can damage the dresser while moving.
What size is your truck?
All of our trucks are 17ft-19ft long, enough to fit an entire two bedroom apartment. Two trips will most likely be required for moves greater than a two bedroom apartment.
When does my hourly time start?
The time starts when we arrive at the loading location and it ends when all of our equipment is put back in the truck.
Are you licensed, insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and licensed to provide you worry free service. Please let us know if a "Certificate Holder", such as HOA, must be added to certificate of insurance at least 3 days in advance.
What form of payment do you accept?
Although cash is preferred, we also accept cash and credit cards. There is a 5% transaction fee for card payments.
Do you move pianos?
Unfortunately you will need to plan another trip with a piano moving specialist. For the safety of our guys, we decide to stay away from overweight items.
When should I book my move?
A two week notice is preferred for reservations, however you can always check on our availability for last minute jobs.
What are my responsabilities?
The more ready your belongings are on moving day, the quicker your move will go. Please pack all smaller items in boxes and make any reservations needed for loading/ unloading zones.
How far do you guys travel?
We are now offering long distance moves under a different rate. Please give us a call to schedule an estimation.
Do you only move apartments?
We can assist you with moving anything from a single piece of furniture, to an entire house or office. Please call for more information.
Can I request for 3 movers?
Yes, we suggest that you request for 3 or even 4 movers if you think your job will take more than 5 hours or if there are too many stairs or over weight items involved. The cost for 3 movers and a truck is of $130 per hour. The cost for 4 movers and a truck is of $160 per hour. There is a 4 hour minimum for the use of 3 or 4 movers.
How can I minimize the cost of my move?
Having everything neatly packed, disassembling your own furniture, placing items as close to the loading area as possible, or having us move only all of your larger items, are some of the things that you can do to minimize the cost of your move.
